To operate the marketplace — generating scopes, matching labs, collecting quotes, managing projects, processing payments, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Confidentiality controls
Requests support public, lab-only, NDA-only, and ultra-confidential tiers. You decide what is released and when. Files use access-controlled, signed URLs.
Service providers
We use trusted processors for hosting, database, email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and analytics. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Data retention & your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We retain records as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
