1. What LabQuotes is
LabQuotes.co is a marketplace and workflow platform that helps companies find qualified laboratories, create testing scopes, and collect comparable quotes. LabQuotes does not perform testing. Laboratories are independent third parties.
2. No regulatory or compliance guarantee
Users are solely responsible for determining the regulatory suitability of any test, method, or lab for their purpose. LabQuotes makes no guarantee of lab results, compliance, certification, or fitness for any regulatory submission. Lab accreditation must be verified directly with the laboratory and the relevant accrediting body.
3. AI-generated content
AI features generate drafts to assist you — including scopes, method recommendations, confidentiality reviews, and quote summaries. AI outputs are drafting assistance, not legal or regulatory advice, and may contain errors. You review and approve all content before it is shared with any lab.
4. Confidential information
You control what information is shared. Sensitive details you mark as confidential are withheld from labs until you approve their release, and where applicable, until an NDA is in place. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit.
5. Payments
Paid services and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Marketplace payouts to labs, where offered, are handled via Stripe Connect. Fees are described at the point of purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit unlawful content, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. This page is a template for a production legal review and is not itself legal advice.
