A.C.QU.A. S.r.l. is an Italian analysis laboratory based in Genoa, operating throughout the province and associated with the Rete BioLab network, whose principal activity is certifying hygienic and sanitary safety through accurate microbiological analysis.

The laboratory carries out microbiological and chemical analysis of food, water and air, together with quality-control consultancy for the agri-food sector, HACCP consultancy and training, inspection audits, shelf-life studies, and the preparation of risk-assessment documents and related microbiological, chemical and physical controls for swimming pools. Sampling is performed by expert technicians, including via a mobile sampling unit, and results are communicated to clients in real time.

A.C.QU.A. also offers process validation (GMO-free, allergen-free and cross-contamination checks), sanitisation-efficacy validation, organoleptic-defect evaluation (e.g. off-odours and off-flavours in oil and wine), statistical data processing, assistance with sanitary authorisations, technical specifications for raw-material purchasing, and expert opinions for disputes and legal proceedings.
