Analyses & Surface – Laboratoire Eric Beucher is a private French materials laboratory founded in 1993 and now part of Groupe 6NAPSE, specialising in the analysis, testing and expert investigation of materials and their surfaces. With more than 30 years of experience, the laboratory supports manufacturers across a wide range of industries that need to understand how their materials behave, fail or degrade in service.

Its core capabilities cover materials characterisation, failure and defect analysis, materials ageing studies and the identification of foreign bodies and contamination. The laboratory is organised around the tempo of industry, routinely offering analyses and tests with 24-, 48- or 72-hour turnaround, and scaling its response from a single test to a full expert investigation and on to a recommended solution.

Analyses & Surface is ISO 9001 certified and COFRAC-accredited for testing to ISO/IEC 17025 (accreditation no. 1-1720), and is approved for the French Research and Innovation Tax Credit (CIR/CII). In a representative year it carried out close to 2,000 studies for more than 330 industrial clients, and it also delivers professional training in materials expertise through the Groupe 6NAPSE catalogue.
