CAHFS is a UC Davis multi-site laboratory system protecting the health of California's livestock and poultry through veterinary diagnostic services. The Davis main facility offers livestock, equine, and avian necropsy, histopathology, immunohistochemistry, electron microscopy, toxicology, serology, microbiology, and virology. Board-certified ACVP pathologists, ACVM microbiologists, and ABVT toxicologists staff specialized sections with expertise in poultry, horses, cattle, pigs, and exotics/wildlife.
