Akunatura is an accredited Spanish laboratory based in the Galicia Technology Park (Ourense) offering complete, tailored analytical and documentary solutions to help private companies and public administrations comply with current legislation.
It specialises in clinical, microbiological and physico-chemical analysis of foods, hygiene control, Legionella prevention, cosmetics, environmental control, drinking water, continental waters and waste water. The laboratory occupies more than 350 m² and is equipped with atomic-absorption instruments, gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and thermocyclers for PCR, among other equipment.
Beyond analysis, Akunatura provides specialised advice including the creation and implementation of HACCP manuals, sanitary registrations, IFS and BRC implementation, sanitary and discharge authorisations, audits and training (including Legionella and ISO 17025 courses).
